Mutt Cuts Pet Parlour (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address (if provided), details about your pet, the service you want, your preferred day and any notes. We also record which page you used and, if you arrived from an advert, the campaign details in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which adverts are useful.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics that do not identify you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your booking, and contact you about your pet’s grooming. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and booking requests are delivered to us by email through Resend. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa, with safeguards that provide a level of protection comparable to POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. To do so, contact us on 072 250 4552. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and booking requests are checked and filtered for spam before they reach us.
