Sound familiar?

You are in the right place if…

  • Your dog panics at the sound of clippers or a dryer
  • A previous groomer said your dog was “too difficult”
  • You have a rescue dog and do not know their history
  • You dread grooming day as much as your dog does
Our approach

How we help

  1. Tell us about your dog first

When you book, tell us what upsets your dog. We plan the groom around it rather than finding out the hard way.

  2. Slow, quiet handling

We introduce tools gradually and give breaks when your dog needs one. A calm groom matters more than a fast one.

  3. Only what your dog can manage

If your dog has had enough, we stop and talk to you. A shorter, positive visit builds trust for the next one.

Questions

Common questions

What if my dog bites when stressed?

Please tell us when you book. Knowing in advance lets us handle your dog safely and calmly. We will talk you through how we approach it.

Can I stay with my dog?

Some dogs settle better with their owner nearby and some settle better without. Ask us when you book and we will suggest what is likely to work best.

How often should a nervous dog be groomed?

Regular, shorter visits are usually easier than long gaps. A coat that is kept up needs less work each time, which means less time on the table.
