Where is Mutt Cuts Pet Parlour?
Mutt Cuts Pet Parlour is at 188 Koedoe Street, Wierdapark, Centurion, 0157. We groom dogs and cats from across Centurion and also collect and deliver pets in many surrounding suburbs.
What are your grooming hours?
Grooming is Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:30 and Saturday from 07:30 to 12:30. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Our pet food shop is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Saturday from 07:30 to 13:00.
Do you groom cats as well as dogs?
Yes. We groom dogs and cats of all breeds. For cats we offer washing, drying, brushing, nail clipping, sanitary cuts and coat trims.
What grooming services do you offer for dogs?
We offer a wash, dry, cut, trim or shave, nail clipping, teeth brushing, tick and flea treatment, anal gland cleansing and deworming.
Do you collect and deliver pets?
Yes. Our professional pet taxi collects your pet from home and brings them back after their groom. We collect in and around Wierdapark, Eldoraigne, Mnandi, Amberfield, Raslouw, Irene, Rooihuiskraal, Valhalla and many more suburbs. Send us your address on WhatsApp and we will find a slot and quote you.
How much does dog grooming cost?
The price depends on your dog’s breed, size, coat and the service you choose. Ask us on WhatsApp for our grooming price list, or send a booking request with your pet’s breed and size and we will quote you. Collection and delivery is charged separately.
How do I book a groom?
Send us a WhatsApp on 072 250 4552, call us on 012 653 0912 or 072 250 4552, or use the booking form on this website. Include your pet’s breed or size, the service you need, and your suburb if you would like collection and delivery.
Do you provide any guarantee of your workmanship?
We want you to be happy with your pet’s groom. If anything does not match the grooming instructions agreed at booking, please let us know at collection or within 48 hours. We will review your concern and, where safe and practical for your pet, provide a complimentary touch-up. Your pet’s comfort and welfare come first, and the final result may depend on coat condition, matting and your pet’s tolerance of grooming.
Who are your customers and can you provide references?
Our customers include dog and cat owners in Wierdapark, Centurion and surrounding areas, including families with multiple pets who use our collection and delivery service. Do you sell pet food?
Yes. We sell pet food and treats, including TipTop, Monty & Me, Montego, Montego Classic, Bow Wow, Optimizor. Browse our catalogue on our WhatsApp business profile and let us know what you would like.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Please make sure your pet’s vaccinations are up to date to protect them and the other pets we groom.
Do you groom nervous dogs?
Yes. Tell us about your dog’s fears when you book and we will take it slowly and let your dog set the pace.
